SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We are currently offering $8.50 flat rate shipping on orders up to $30, $10 flat rate shipping on orders between $30.01-$74.99, and FREE shipping on all orders over $75.

 

At this time, we only offer shipping within the US.

 

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Please allow extra time on holidays and weekends.

 

All parcels will have a tracking number attached to them and this will be provided once your order has been shipped.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the address provided is accurate. In the event of a returned parcel, the cost of the order will be refunded less any shipment charges incurred by True Bar Soapery.

 

In the unfortunate event of breakage, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being received with pictures of the damage to remedy your concerns.
